Absolutely amazing. This was the first time I tried yoga and it has been really wonderful. I had been looking for an activity that would help me shield myself from sustained injuries. Yoga Sangha has helped me do that. The teachers here are really very skilled, polite and supportive. Thank you Karunna ma'm and Anjali ma'am.

The classes are advance level. But Karuna, Amaresh and Anjali are very patient and kind and do their best to accommodate even beginners and those who have difficulty with intense asanas. Loved the studio because of the ambience, feels like a real yogashaala, you will especially like it if you have had to practice in AC rooms

I’ve been practising yoga with Yoga Sangha for over two years now, and each session is thoughtfully guided with clear, mindful instructions that make the practice accessible and deeply grounding. I truly appreciate the flexibility they offer — multiple time slots from Monday to Saturday, plus the choice to join online or offline. Classes always start on time, and experienced instructors are always there to guide us through. Yoga Sangha is more than just a class; it’s a nurturing space that supports both physical well-being and inner balance.
