Gaurav sir has been an amazing guide in my yoga journey! His yoga classes have provided incredible support and peace of mind. He creates such a calming and welcoming environment, making it easy to connect with both the body and mind. His knowledge and approach is very effective, helping to reduce stress and promote overall well-being. Each session left me feeling more balanced,relaxed and energetic.

Gaurav is a good Yoga instructor. He is very friendly and provides many useful health tips. He makes sure that we maintain the correct posture and patiently explains all the asanas. During group sessions, he pays individual attention to all. I always feel very relaxed after the yoga sessions. Thanks Gaurav and keep up the good work!!

Gaurav is an excellent yoga instructor. He understands each and every person's mindset as well as limitations,ensures there are different variations of the asanas and at the same time push you to be better. It was a great learning experience while practicing Yoga with Gaurav. He does not practice "one-size-fits-all". He first understands the person's health issues, if there is any (but in the current day scenario, I rarely find anyone without any), then tailor makes the asanas which clearly suits the person. He not only teaches practically, but also explains each & every activity from an anatomy point of view along with quotings from Vedas and Puranas. An amazing Yoga instructor, whom I would recommend to anyone.
