Customers appreciate friendly staff but report service issues.
I have raised following concerns after first free service please check vehicle thoroughly. I am very disappointed with this showroom service centre Problems The Malfunction Indicator Light is now showing at the starting. Gear shifting has become very poor and rough. Prior to servicing, the gear transition was smooth and perfect. The ABS braking system does not appear to be functioning properly. It now feels like a normal brake system, whereas before the service, the ABS was clearly working correctly. The GPS module is not connecting. It was tested and working properly at the time of vehicle delivery, but it has stopped functioning after the first service. 5. The automatic stop-and-start function indicator does not appear immediately when the bike is started. Sometimes the motorcycle runs for a few minutes before the indicator turns on. Previously, the indicator would activate immediately upon starting the bike___ ------------------------- Problem Resolved-------------------- Thanks Surendra, Thank you for attending to my vehicle(on 28/02/2026) and resolving the issue. Your behavior and customer handling were excellent. You clearly identified and acknowledged the clutch-related problem, which was affecting smooth gear operation, and rectified it efficiently. I used to get my bike serviced regularly at this showroom, and earlier the staff were really good. But now, it looks like all the old team members are gone, and the new staff — especially in the adviser team and reception — are not providing correct information. I dropped my bike for service on Saturday morning around 7:30–8:00 AM and requested to get it back by Saturday evening or Sunday morning around 11 AM. They told me I would get it by Sunday evening 5:30 PM, but after waiting almost 2 hours in the showroom, I finally got my bike on Sunday at 7 PM. The experience was very disappointing. The staff kept saying, “wait 30 minutes,” again and again, and then told me to call my adviser — saying they were not responsible. My adviser Arun was on half-day leave on Sunday, so I had to follow up with others, but there was no team coordination. I asked one adviser repeatedly for the correct status of my bike service, but he didn’t respond properly and his voice tone was rude. I just told him, “Sir, please talk with respect — this is not the right way to speak.” But instead of listening, he came in front of me and raised his voice. The worst part was seeing one adviser openly instructing others in another language to “just delay the delivery and take more time.” He said this right in front of me, which shows no professionalism or respect for customers. When I finally got my bike, they just said, “Your bike is ready, pay and take it,” without explaining what service was done. One person wearing spectacles was polite and helpful, but others behaved rudely and did not treat customers properly. When I received my bike, they only said “pay and take,” without giving any explanation about the service done. One staff member with spectacles was polite, but the rest behaved rudely. After riding just 5–10 km, I faced: Rear brake pad not working properly (even though I requested to change it) Chain noise Accessories not fitted correctly (I have video proof of the loose ladies footrest) Poor water wash (this is the second time this has happened). Before service, my bike was in better condition. After service, it became worse. Very disappointed with the new team’s service and attitude. I hope management takes strict action to fix this.
Had a great experience picking up our new bike of xsr 155 today. A huge thank you to Ms. Sandya for handling the entire process, from the sale right through to the delivery. The customer care was very good, and she made everything incredibly smooth and easy for us.
