BS Hearing centre (Bommanahalli speech and hearings centre)

We visited the centre looking at reviews. After the visit i understood why are the reviews so positive. Amazing experience. No force sales. Doc was patient enough to spend almost 3 hours with us explaining everything and making my father trial every pieces and models. Also gave a good pricing. Also he mentioned that aftersale services will be lifetime free. I really recommend this centre.

I visited BS hearing centre at Bommanahalli following ENT’s recommendation for my father’s hearing problem. During our first visit, though I was impressed with the audiologist’s knowledge and service, I was little skeptical of his assuring words that after-sale support will be lifetime for the product (hearing aid) he sold for my father, I saw it first hand myself when we visited recently after nearly 2 years. He took so much time and care and did thorough diagnostics and recalibrated the device as required and ensured all my father’s questions were answered. He patiently listened to my father’s feedbacks and gave expert recommendations. Mr Hasan is very knowledgeable in his field. Add to that the care and commitment to his profession. This takes the service to the next level. He truly earns every review point in this google review. Getting 5star rating is not difficult. But retaining 5 star rating through thousands of reviews is indeed difficult and no easy feat to achieve. All are genuine and honest reviews. I can vouch for it. I surely recommend Mr Hasan and BS hearing center for hearing aid related purchase and services.

We had a very positive experience with Dr Hasan. He patiently explained various types of hearing aid devices, and what's suited. He spent a good amount of time in setting it up and testing in real world conditions. Being a phonak dealer he is updated with the latest in technology.
