Absolutely the worst salon experience I have ever had. VLCC was extremely polite and attentive only until they convinced me to purchase their package. The moment they received my payment of nearly ₹70,000 for laser treatment, HydraFacial, and peels, their attitude changed completely. During the sales process, they make you feel like a valued customer. After that, you become just another person who has already paid. I visited only 3 times, and each visit was more disappointing than the previous one. The staff became careless, unresponsive, and showed little respect for my time or concerns. The level of professionalism was far below what I would expect from a brand charging premium prices. My laser sessions were handled poorly, and I experienced skin burns and discomfort that should never occur during a properly managed treatment. This seriously affected my confidence in their staff and procedures. I paid for a package with multiple sessions but eventually stopped going because the experience became so frustrating and unpleasant. Most of my money was effectively wasted. If you are considering spending a large amount on treatments here, think twice. My experience was that customer care ended the moment the payment was completed. I deeply regret purchasing this package and would not recommend it based on the service I received.

Very disappointing experience with VLCC. I was continuously pressured and convinced to take a costly package worth ₹79,800 through a Fibe loan. Initially, they said they were only “checking eligibility,” but later informed me that the loan was already approved and disbursed. The entire process felt extremely rushed and sales-focused. I was not given proper breathing time to think about the financial commitment. Important details like refund policy, exact services included in the package, and financial implications were not explained transparently. After using only 4 sessions, I requested cancellation due to financial difficulties, but the response was simply “no refund policy.” Customers deserve clear communication and ethical sales practices, especially when loans and EMIs are involved. Please think carefully before signing any package without full written clarity.
