I called Garmin store HSR and checked if they have the Garmin Venu strap. The person on the phone confidently said yes we have. Hearing him I thought he will have all the straps and options that their watches come with. I drove from Bannerghatta to HSR Garmin store only to realize they have only magenta colour of the original silicon strap, a white strap that doesn't match and two leather straps. He could have been more specific when he said come to the store. I felt he was not interested at all to serve and walked out. I guess buying from Amazon is any day better than facing staff with high attitude.

Want to take a moment to appreciate Mr Dheeraj and his team for their prompt service. I have been purchasing Garmin models for the past few years from them. While the sales efforts are great, I recently had a service issue on my Fenix which was promptly and efficiently attended to by them in coordination with the main center. So kudos and thanks. Had a great experience at the Garmin Store HSR Layout. The store is spacious and has a wide range of products on display, making it easy to try before buying. Special thanks to Faiz for understanding my fitness routine and helping me quickly choose the Garmin Forerunner 965, which I’m absolutely loving. Also a good place to buy swimming-friendly Bluetooth music players like Shokz. Highly recommended!

Great service and experience at this store. They have good choices of the watches and other fitness accessories. Special mention of Dheeraj who was not just knowledgeable about the Garmin watches, but recommended the right watch for me even though I was initially looking at a higher end model.
