Went in with pretty high expectations after reading all the reviews about custom items and variety, but honestly, it was a big miss. The shop is quite small with very limited options, and the pricing felt way too high — easily 5 to 8 times more than similar items you can find online. There was also no proper customer assistance. Just one elderly lady who was busy talking loudly on her phone on speaker the whole time, and communication was difficult as she didn’t understand Hindi or English well. Overall, it felt overpriced and overhyped compared to what’s actually offered. Definitely didn’t live up to the Google reviews.

Great stuff for home decor, loved all the cute decor item they had and quite affordable as well. Loved their hospitality as I had multiple doubts regarding the product. The diffuser i bought was lovely too. Thankyou.

The shop has a good range of gifts collections from photo frames to portraits, idols, decorative items, mugs and key chains etc. the shopkeeper was friendly and good enough to suggest me what to pick when I didn’t have an idea what to purchase for the newly wed. +rep
