The doctor was excellent—very knowledgeable, calm, and attentive. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, conducted the hearing test thoroughly, and explained the results in a very clear and reassuring way. I really appreciated how patiently everything was explained without any rush. The experience was very good. The receptionist was extremely helpful, friendly, and cooperative throughout the process. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They visited my house twice . Once to do the initial testing and provide suggestions. The second time for delivering the new hearing aid. Appreciation for the staff.

Very happy with the service. Audiologist Sharanya handles senior citizen with lot of patience and gives ample time to hrlp them adjust to the kit. She is happy to answer all ur concerns. My mom was so happy to get her new hearing aid. Receptionist Poornima was also very supportive and ever smiling.
