Zigly - Vet Clinic, Pet Grooming & Pet Products | HSR Layout

I have been a member at zigly from past one year and i renewed my membership. I bring my cat for grooming and consultation with the vet Dr. Sugama who is super caring and knowledgeable. Both services are very good. Staff Shiva is of incredible help, he informs about offers well in advance and gives great assistance. The groomer Pearson also very good. The place is very neat and clean. They follow all the sanitary guidelines which I love the most about zigly.

I’m heartbroken writing this. I rescued a tiny 1-month-old kitten, barely 400g, healthy and full of life. My friend took him to this clinic, and the doctor still went ahead with nail clipping for such a fragile baby. The moment he came back home, he was dull, weak, not eating. By the next day, he had high fever. We rushed him to another vet, where he was admitted for two days… and we lost him this morning.💔 A healthy rescued kitten died because of careless decisions of doctor. The clinic’s willingness to perform nail clipping on such a small neonate shows a serious lack of professional judgment and understanding of risk. I’m sharing this so no other pet parent has to go through this.

Great experience especially they are very transparent and let's you see the pet through out the grooming process. I will like to specially appreciate Koko for his excellence in cat grooming and immense patience. The way he listens to the minute details of the pet parent and proceeds is remarkable.
