Vetic Pet Clinic HSR Layout

Wonderful experience at Vetic Pet Clinic. It has been more than one year since my cat was spayed here, and I’m really happy with the care and treatment they provided. The doctors and staff are very friendly, caring, and professional. They handled my cat with so much love and made the whole process comfortable for both of us. Now my cat is super healthy and playful, and I’m really grateful for the care they gave. Thank you to the entire team for the support and care. Highly recommended for all pet parents!

I am quite dissatisfied with their services. I booked an appointment at 5.30 p.m for a house visit at 6.30 p.m. The doctor arrived at 7.45. I got quite a few calls, first to share photos and concerns then to inform me that they would be very late and asked me multiple times to take the dog to a clinic. It was quite impossible for me at that time to take the vet to the clinic which I told them about. It was also too late to try and book another doctor plus they asked me to pay for the appointment in advance. They didn't arrive with the medicines required for the dog, even though they could have given the treatment at home they wanted me to take the dog to the clinic. They spend more time trying to collect the cash on a payment gateway that wasn't working than treating the dog. Don't book them for house visits.

I agree with all the reviews below, they are great at minting money for services that would cost way less elsewhere. They are not even transparent about the costing, and at the end it’s a shocker. First, I needed to get my cat microchipped and had her rabies annual shot administered. I had the micro chip on me even then they charged exorbitantly for just the implantation and scanning, and an additional 500 for providing a paper printed basic certificate of the same. Then I had them do her sanitary groom, her paw pads have turned red and irritated, her nails were short but sharp to they needed to be cut evenly, they just cut them regularly and now her paws hurt, big mistake on my part to trust them with this. Also the package had dental included which they skipped at first, I had to point it out and send her back in again. Third of all, in which world does a nobivac annual shot cost 1250? They did not even add it to the bill and when I had left they told me about it over a call, kudos to professionalism. Overall I had a horrible experience for basic services, I’ll never take my cat here again. If you’re going to charge that much might as well ensure that the services and the handling are also up to the mark .

Extremely disappointing experience. This place focuses not on well being of pets but generally check how they can mint money . I had taken my cat and the doctors are so inexperienced, infact suggested whole of tests and tests.i dint see any progress in my cat. Every alternate day I was asked to repeat tests spending thousands of rupees.. The lady at reception is more interested in selling packages than understanding ones urgency. Very cold and unkind staff. Even till date doctors are unable to find what was the root cause for all these . Very very hopeless place and would not recommend anyone. This place is nothing but money making scam.. I just cannot say how worse these people are. Here the doctors aren't there to save your pet but to just extort money from you. I had taken my pet as it was not eating and vomitting . They said it's dehydrated and give IV fluids. We continuously went for 4 days . Each day they were extorting close to 3k. My pets condition worsened . And today after almost 5 days I just cut open the band aid in which IV was given and to my surprise I found the needle still there . My poor pet was struggling with pain. The doctors nor the staff or whoever it is dint have basic courtesy to say that the needle canula is still there . Disgusting and horrible doctors. These people should be suspended and I got sure raise this in right forum. All you customers you all can better opt for some government hospitals for your pet they give better service ...
