My experience with Pazcare and Medi Assist has been absolutely terrible. Every single time a query was raised, it felt completely illogical. What made it worse was that, technically, we were downloading and re-uploading documents from the exact same source repeatedly, just to satisfy unnecessary back-and-forth requests. Pazcare support at least attempts to escalate cases from their end, but even those escalations often happen for reasons that make no practical sense. The Medi Assist team, however, was beyond disappointing. Communicating with them felt worse than dealing with a bot. No matter how clearly things were explained, there was little to no understanding or accountability from their side. What’s truly sad is how customers seem to be technically harassed during claim processing instead of being supported during difficult times. The entire experience has completely broken my trust in their insurance process. I currently have a corporate plan through Pazcare, but honestly, it has been useless for me. I would never rely on them again and will definitely consider competitors when opting for an individual insurance plan in the future.
