I had an outstanding experience at the LIC Koramangala Branch. My work had been stuck for nearly three months, and I had been struggling to get my due amount despite multiple follow-ups elsewhere. Mr. Jyotiranjan and Mr. Phul Dey (DO) truly made a difference. They patiently guided me through the correct process and helped me organize all the required documentation in a simple and hassle-free way. What impressed me most was the team’s professionalism and attitude. They were patient, kind, well-informed about the latest guidelines, and genuinely committed to helping customers resolve their issues. I would strongly recommend visiting this branch for any LIC-related work. In fact, if you have a policy serviced elsewhere, just transferring here :D Highly recommended!

Worst LIC branch. Please avoid. They dont follow LIC procedures and mandate. I visited to change nominee but they refused saying my branch is different wheteas as per LIC rules, it can be and sjould be done at any branch across country. The lady in charge says whatever it is you cant visit this branch, cant sit in front of me as you are not a customer of my branch.

It's on first floor, 1:30 to 2:15 is a lunch break

Helpful staff. But location was not exact on main road.i have suggested the correct location of the LIC office. The entry is from a lane left from the main road. Sat. Is half day go before 1pm. Weekdays open normal ofc timing. Sunday closed. Office is on First floor . Parking space is available on road, in front of the building.
