Mr.Chinmay cleared all my queries and doubts before reaching the center. They are well knowledge, trained and disciplined. Boys on the floor are fantastic and friendly. Weekends it is bit crowded.. better to visit on weekdays. They also give best competitive pricing if you go for all four tyres replacement.

Staff Behaviour: Friendly and polite. I did have to wait a bit longer as there were several vehicles ahead of me, and they had to arrange the tyre from a nearby branch — but the staff kept updating me, which I really appreciated. Workmanship: Excellent. Visited Tyre Empire, an authorised Michelin dealer, for a rear tyre issue with air bubbles. Satiesh clearly explained the difference between grey and original Michelin tyres and assured replacement with an original one with reasonable price. Umesh guided me well through the process, and Syed changed the tyre and did balancing quickly and professionally within 15-20 minutes . Very satisfied with the service.
