I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at M2M Car Care And Accessories for giving us such a wonderful experience! The service here is top-notch, and they made the entire process completely quick and hassle-free. What blew me away the most was their massive variety of aftermarket wheels and rims—the options to choose from are incredible. Murali does not own an alloy, tyre and accessories store. He owns an experience center and provides the utmost care to each of his customers. I got my baleno to get my rims and tyre's changed and I had such a hassle free experience at the store. Murali refuses to show anything sub par and would not suit the look of the car. He showed me some of the most exquisite collections of alloys and I picked a color that I had never seen on a baleno and it looks fantastic. He also offered to wrap the rim in Yokohama sdrive tyres, which I knew were one of the best based on my research.

I had the worst experience with this place. Don’t blindly trust their Instagram videos like I did. Please go through their negative reviews – most of them are 100% true, and I personally experienced the same issues. Here’s what I went through: 1. No Communication – After leaving my car, there was zero proper communication. Calls and WhatsApp messages were ignored. I only came to know what they did when I went to pick up the vehicle. 2. Cheap Materials – They only care about money and Instagram photos/videos. Quality of materials is very poor. 3. Lexus Kit Disaster – I got a Lexus kit for my Fortuner. The material used was low-grade, the fit and finish were terrible, and the front bumper had a visible bump. They told me it would “adjust with engine heat” – it never did. 4. Fog Lamp Failure – Fog lamp stopped working on day one. Even after changing the fuse, it failed again. 5. Headlamp Issue – Fitment was bad. Light throw was fine on the first day but became too dim afterwards. 6. Rear Bumper Blunder – They fixed the rear bumper directly in front of the silencer. It got burnt due to the heat! When I reported it, Murali didn’t care at all – no apology, no responsibility. 7. False Delivery Promises – Murali said the work was finished and asked me to come at 6 PM. I waited till 9:30 PM only to find half-done work. Fog lamp not fixed, headlamp misaligned, interior unfinished. Murali didn’t even come to check the car himself. All he cared about was getting a photo/video for Instagram. Overall: Worst quality Worst finish Zero professionalism Don’t waste your hard-earned money here. If you care about your car, go to a professional modification shop. This place is only about show-off videos and not real quality work.
