I had very worst experience in last 10 years, From last 10 years i am regular to this SPA, I Visited with my 2 of friends on 23rd April with appointment, Mr Uttam asked me to come around 7 pm, We were in time, He told he will send therapist Rinky, I waited around 30 mins in massage room but nobody come, I called to reception number 3-4 times then he sent Sara for 30 mins after that again these guys made me to wait for 30 mins , I called again and asked whether you will send therapist or you guys want me to go home? then they sent new girl her massage was ok ok , my 90 mins session took 3 hours to complete, Once I come back to reception to fight for this issue, they asked me, Sir you come again tomorrow we will give you good therapist, Guys do you think I should visit this SPA again???? This is repeatedly happening in this spa , Last time same thing happened with my friend too , they will say one therapist name but send other therapist to massage room, Some times I am taking my 2-3 friends to this SPA, Even I recommended lot of my friends to this SPA, NOTE- This is for Management ( DEEPA MADAM/ BHARAT) Your SPA managers don't have value for our time and money Too many mosquitos in rooms please check Water is not coming properly in bathrooms, ( on same day in other room my friend waited 30 mins for water, even your therapist not bother about my friend) You have a good customer base and good Name in Market, because of these kind of managers don't spoil your Brand Name . I don't think so after these kind of bad experience I will visit your SPA again ( 10 years I was your regular client) Wish you all the best,
