Spa Meraki (HSR Layout)

We had a wonderful experience at Meraki Spa in HSR. From the moment we booked the appointment, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. A big thank you to the manager, David, for coordinating the entire process so well. The booking, scheduling, and overall hospitality were excellent and made the visit completely stress-free. Special appreciation to the therapists Jessica and Grace. They were extremely skilled, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. Their technique, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made the experience relaxing and rejuvenating. Overall, it was a fantastic spa experience, and I would definitely recommend Meraki Spa in HSR to anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing environment. Looking forward to visiting again!

Had an amazing Swedish massage with Reena, she was incredibly sweet and kept checking if the pressure was comfortable. The massage was heavenly and absolutely worth the money. Meraki is a beautiful, aesthetic place, the moment you enter, the aroma and vibe make you feel relaxed. The staff is very warm and welcoming, and Mr. David, the manager, was kind and helpful in accommodating us at short notice. Extremely clean, hygienic, and genuinely caring service. Highly recommend!

It is just alright. The staff are very courteous and the ambience is good. But the pros end there. The massage therapies were average, and the bathrooms really need work. The shampoos, body washes, towels were all average quality at best. The showers were leaking from the side as well. Definitely not the premium experience that they sell. But I have to give credit to the manager. He patiently listened to our feedback and assured us that he will look into it. He also adjusted our bill for the shortened service that we received and he tried his best to make us comfortable.

David at the front desk was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything in great detail, which made us feel welcome right away. ​Jessica and Reena provided one of the best Swedish massages we’ve ever had. Their technique was fluid and relaxing, and they were very mindful of our comfort throughout the entire session. We really appreciated the professional yet warm energy they brought to the room. Highly recommended!
