Moksha Spa having beautiful ambience, nice location, Economical and pure hygiene...Overall a very good place to visit and take therapy. Special mentioned to Therapist Nanah - She is amazing, do very nice massage and a wonderful person. She is the only one in Moksha who never expect any tip, monetary benefit or extra service... One of the worst spa experiences I’ve had. There was a clear lack of professionalism, poor hygiene standards, and absolutely zero customer care. The service did not feel relaxing or worth the price they charge. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit. Management seriously needs to focus on improving service quality, cleanliness, and proper staff training.

Moksha had set a really good standard for themselves at one point of time. But now they really need to work on their staff. I got a therapist who was continuously chewing some food during the session. Also the massage was just a formality. Not at all what I expected from them.

I came here based on the reviews but this place is not any different than other ones. The therapist Simran did not behave right and was being extremely pushy and inappropriate. The kind of behaviour I witnessed is absolutely unacceptable and shows what is the real standard of this place and the people that are working there. Potentially the worst experience I had in a spa. I was given a refund of most of the amount I paid which I appreciate.
