The chocolatier masterclass at Whitecaps turned out to be 5 days of genuine skill building. It took me through everything from scratch - bean to bar, every technique, every new skill, plus a lot of hands on practice. Chef Arvind’s eye for detail and precision lifts the entire experience and you can feel his commitment to perfection in every explanation and correction. The team there - Ivy, Mary, Juhu and Chef Gurnash were just as supportive, guiding us through each step with calm patience.

Attended the 5 day Choclateir program at Whitecaps and had a great experience. As a beginner I was nervous about how I'll fare but definitely did not feel that way towards the end. Chef Aravind explained everything in such a simple manner and made sure we understood everything well. The demos were easy to follow , got a lot of hands on practice. Learnt a lot of things from bean to bar , tempering to bon bons.Will definitely recommend this course for all chocolate lovers.
