I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bhanzu. I enrolled my 7-year-old child with high expectations, trusting the promises made during the pre-sales discussions. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been frustrating and far below expectations. Before the payment, I received constant follow-ups, repeated calls, and persistent assurances about the quality of the program. However, once the payment was completed, the same representative who was actively pursuing enrollment suddenly became unresponsive and unavailable. This drastic change in behavior raises serious concerns about the company’s approach and customer commitment. The onboarding process was poorly organized and lacked clarity. There was no proper guidance, no structured introduction, and the initial sessions failed to engage my child or meet the standards that were promised. Instead of a smooth transition into the program, it felt rushed and unprofessional. When I raised my concerns and requested discontinuation, the response I received was rigid, dismissive, and entirely policy-driven. Rather than addressing the issues or attempting to resolve the situation in a customer-friendly manner, I was repeatedly given scripted responses and pressured to continue the classes—even after I clearly communicated my decision to stop. This kind of approach is especially unacceptable when dealing with young children. Educational services for kids should prioritize flexibility, empathy, and understanding. As a parent, my concerns and decisions should be respected without being subjected to pressure or forced continuation. Additionally, there was a clear lack of transparency regarding refund and cancellation policies. Important terms were either not communicated clearly during enrollment or were presented in a way that made it difficult to make an informed decision. This raises questions about ethical sales practices. The overall experience reflects poorly on customer support, accountability, and professionalism. The focus seemed to be more on securing payment rather than ensuring customer satisfaction or delivering quality education. Due to the lack of support, accountability, and transparency, I have already escalated this matter to the consumer court. I am also documenting and sharing my full experience, including email communications and call interactions, so that other parents can make informed decisions and avoid similar situations. I strongly advise parents to exercise caution, thoroughly review all terms and conditions—especially refund and cancellation policies—and not rely solely on verbal assurances before enrolling their children. Overall, this has been a very frustrating, disappointing, and stressful experience.

The mathematics classes are extremely engaging, and Sir is very friendly. He patiently explains every concept and always makes sure that all my doubts are cleared. The English classes are equally amazing, playful, interactive, and full of fun activities.
