It was a very interesting class and the teacher was knowledgeable too. My son enjoyed the class but the fee is not affordable for me right now. There should have options for affordable fees and group discussion classes as well to offer the sessions in cheaper prices. But still I am thankful for arranging the demo class.

I initially thought most of the reviews were about customer service, but I decided to focus on the sessions themselves, which are more important. I was ready to book the sessions when they offered me a package of 32 sessions for ₹15,000. Soon after, the price was reduced to ₹11,000 and then further to ₹9,000. Over the weekend, I was busy, but the representative kept insisting that I make the payment immediately, saying it was the last day of the offer. I didn’t pay because I genuinely didn’t have the time. The next day, she called again and said she had taken “special approval from management” to extend the offer for me. I clearly told her that I was busy and would speak on Monday. Despite this, I continued receiving repeated calls and messages, which I chose to ignore. On Sunday night at 8:30 PM, I received another call. I told them politely that it was not a good time to talk. To my surprise, the caller started speaking loudly and rudely, saying, “So what? I am working on Sunday.” At that point, I decided I will not sign up. If an organization cannot train its staff to speak respectfully to potential customers, I seriously question how they plan to teach our children.

Absolutely horrible experience with Bambinos Classes. I paid for a public speaking course, but without informing me, they put my child into a phonics class. When questioned, they casually said my child is “not eligible” — a decision they took on their own, without consent. Before payment, they kept calling non-stop. After payment, zero accountability. They have clearly mis-sold the course, yet are refusing both a refund and any correction. Highly unprofessional and misleading. Parents, be very careful — this feels like a complete money trap. Blatant mis-selling by Bambinos Classes—once they get your money, they switch courses without consent and refuse to fix it or refund.
