I had a specific hair colour in mind, but since I already had existing colour on my hair, I wasn’t sure what would work or how it would turn out. Sajeeb immediately made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the colour options so clearly. The final result honestly looked even better than what I had initially planned. Asha was also very helpful with managing the appointment, especially after I had to move between different Toni & Guy outlets. This particular outlet stood out for being far more accommodating and supportive. Overall, a really pleasant experience.

I had a great experience thanks to Mr. Waseem, the hairstylist, who did an excellent job with my beard grooming. His attention to detail, professionalism, and understanding of what suits the customer really stand out. A special thanks to Nikitha and Aasha as well for their warm attitude and good service throughout. They were polite, attentive, and made the overall experience very comfortable. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for quality grooming and great customer service.

I am extremely happy with the service here. I reached a little late and it was their closing time. Even then Nikita assisted me and went out of her way in helping me get my hair cut done. Malik gave me hair cut service going beyond his shift. He was also from other branch even then he volunteered to give hair cut after his working hours.

Got the service from Style Director Wasim, he is really knowledgeable and experienced person here. He helped to figure out the proper hair style that would fit based on my face dimensions and also recommended the products that I should be using to maintain a good nourishing hair. Really loved people who just don't do their job but also give recommendations generously. Probably I should be visiting again after this. Keep up the same service! Loved it.
