Had a really wonderful experience at Naturals Salon today. Ali did my hair service and I’m genuinely very happy with the results. He was extremely professional, patient, and friendly throughout the session. He carefully listened to what I wanted, explained the process well, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. What I appreciated the most was his attention to detail and the care he took while working on my hair. The final result turned out even better than I expected. The overall salon atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing too. Big thanks to Ali for such an amazing service - definitely one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended, and I’ll surely visit again!

"I have never visited a worse salon in HSR Layout. Professionalism is absolutely zero. It felt less like a professional salon and more like a 'monkey house.' The staff was laughing loudly among themselves and had zero focus on their work. Both my time and money were completely wasted. I highly do NOT recommend this place!Where is the accountability?
