Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful service. I waited 20 minutes just to be called to the chair. When the barber finally called me, I clearly told him I wanted beard shaping and also needed a haircut. Only after making me sit down, he casually said that someone else had gone outside and would come back later to do the haircut. What kind of service is this? Why call a customer and waste their time if you’re not even ready to do the job? When I questioned him, he didn’t even have the courtesy to respond. Just complete silence. Zero communication, zero professionalism, and absolutely no respect for customers’ time. This place clearly doesn’t know how to manage staff or customers. M2 Zion Salon is a complete waste of time. I strongly do NOT recommend this salon to anyone.

Please never go to this salon...they are in such a hurry and so much attitude with no skills. I had to tell them do this do that..they didn't even use scissors on the side and didn't touch back at all. No trimming on back. Nothing...it's just so unprofessional..went 2 times...got the same small slim bald guy...with so much attitude, feels like they are doing a favour on me. Completed the haircut in 5 mins. Will never go back again!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Went to this salon with my friend after seeing their packages, and it was a terrible experience. I got a barber with no skill and THE WORST ATTITUDE. Before I even sat down, he snapped at me saying, “Ek hi baar bolna, baar baar change mat karna.” Like dude, let me sit first before you start lecturing me. I showed him a photo and he confidently said he could do it, but halfway through he ruined my beard. When I pointed it out, he said, “Mere paas machine nahi hai, main kya karu?” So why say yes in the first place? The package also included a massage, which he simply refused to do and told me to get up. When I insisted, he stared at me for 10 seconds and then gave a useless 2-minute “namesake” head massage, all while glaring at me angrily like I was the problem. Meanwhile, my friend got a good young barber who did everything properly; the cut, the massage, even a shoulder/back massage. I’ll attach the photo of the barber who spoiled my cut. Avoid him completely.

One of the best men's salons in HSR Layout. First of all the ambiance is clean & good. Their barbers are very polite & expert. The best part is their packages. They are cheap compared to other salons in Bangalore. You can get a haircut for just Rs.100 only literally. Their 199 packages are also killing which offers haircut, shaving & head massage with oil. They also play 90s Hindi songs which are very nostalgic.
