Had a really nice experience at Lakmé Salon. The whole team was super professional, but also very warm and easy to talk to, which made a big difference. Everything felt smooth and well taken care of. It's a late review but I feel feedback must be shared! I had an disappointing experience at this Lakme branch. I took hydra facial and you can imagine how much I would have paid. But the technician attending me had no idea how it's done. Absolutely no results, on contrary I had scars from suction cleaning thingy that lasted more than 24 hours. It was a weekend and crowded that I could see and not complaining about the issues because of that but if a technician doesn't know a facial technique then she should not suggest that to the client, simply for the sake of selling the most expensive service. Very very disappointing.....
