Homswag salon at home

I booked services with Homswag for my mom, sister and myself. We booked pedicures, manicures and facials. Mr. Leo called me and mentioned that while they dont really service my area (yelahanka) they will make an exception. And i am sooo glad they did! The facials were excellent and i would highly recommend them. The ladies who came set up the area. Were neat and clean and really did an excellent job. The mani and pedi were also very nice. But the nail paint did not last at all. Within the first hour or so the hand nails started chipping off and the feet followed soon after. My only issue with the service was initially they were going to send only one person for all the services. Which would have meant around 5 hours of the total time. Later they did send one more. But that was after i spoke to them. All in all i would use their services again.

I recently booked pedicure, full body waxing, and threading services from Home Swag, and I had a really great experience. The beautician ( Kajal )who came home was extremely polite, professional, and well-trained. She maintained good hygiene throughout the session and ensured that everything was clean and comfortable. What I really appreciated was her attention to detail and how patiently she did each service without rushing. The pedicure was very relaxing, waxing was done neatly with minimal discomfort, and threading was precise. Overall, the service felt just like a salon experience, but in the comfort of my home. I’m very happy with the quality of service and the convenience. Would definitely recommend Home Swag to anyone looking for reliable and professional at-home beauty services.

Very good professionals. I signed up for 2 services for me and my mom. They were polite, neat and accommodated our personal sensivities very well. I would actually give them 5 stars if the organization is willing to work on an item that we Indians collectively fail to give much importance to and adjust with - the sanitization of tools. The aestheticians are doing what many other institutes and this organisation too might also train them to do- "thorough washing of the tools with soap/dettol should be good enough". The aestheticians do this sincerely too, but this is not enough. Even if it is to use tools on related family members, it's should be standard hygienic practice to use (1) separate tools for each individual (2) use only tools that are disinfected correctly in an autoclave or are left in boiling water for sufficient time. I chose to take the tools from them and disinfect them in boiling water in my house. As a nation we need to develop an deeper understanding of hygiene and train our professionals to meet those standards. I hope you will take effort to rectify this and I wish you all the very best.
