Customers appreciate the skilled stylists and clean environment, but some report poor reception service.
I had a great experience at Green Trends Unisex Salon for my hair styling and beard dressing. The service was very professional and the overall atmosphere of the salon was clean and comfortable. The haircut was neat, and the beard dressing was done with great attention to detail, giving a very clean and sharp look.
I have been a loyal customer of Green Trends for the past 4 years and have recommended many of my friends as well. My favorite stylist is Lian, and I have always been very satisfied with the service he provides. Yesterday, I had an appointment at 12:30 PM. Due to an unavoidable delay, I called ahead to inform the reception that I would be 15 minutes late, and the person on the call confirmed it was fine. However, when I arrived, the receptionist named Hemanth spoke to me very rudely and with a lot of attitude, saying my stylist was no longer available because I was late. I had already informed in advance, yet I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes. This defeats the whole purpose of booking an appointment. This is actually the second time I’ve faced this issue with the same person , last time I waited nearly 40 minutes. I want to clearly mention that Lian was not at fault at all. He politely said he would follow whatever the reception decided and was ready to do my service. Despite my prior appointment, he had been assigned another client by the front desk Hemanth. What was more disappointing was Hemanth’s behavior. He was argumentative, unprofessional, and unwilling to accept his mistake. He was speaking loudly and disrespectfully, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I have never been spoken to like this anywhere as a customer. A gentleman then came forward and introduced himself as Daniel, as Manager. He handled the situation very professionally, apologized on behalf of the salon, and tried to make me feel comfortable. I truly appreciate his efforts. However, even during this time, Hemanth continued talking rudely. Only after being told by the manager did he apologize, and even that felt forced and insincere. This entire incident spoiled my day, made me feel disrespected, and has shaken my trust in a salon I’ve supported for years. Loyal customers deserve better treatment. The management should seriously reconsider keeping such unprofessional and ill mannered staff at the front desk, as this behavior can drive away even long term customers.
I got my haircut from nima today and it was perfect. It was just as u explained and as I wanted. Completely satisfied with the service
Suman understood my requirements and was very courteous and explained what style suits my face better. Happy with the service.
