Horrendous experience. I got my nails done, and the final result was unacceptable — the base colour (pink, check the image) was not visible at all. Even the receptionist acknowledged the issue and initially reduced ₹400, bringing the bill to ₹1300. I pointed out that if she was already adjusting the price, she should reasonably waive the ₹500 charge for the base colour that wasn’t visible at all. Instead of addressing this fairly, she spoke to me in a patronising tone, as though I didn’t understand something as basic as a nail service. I made it clear that for the sake of ₹100, she was risking a bad review and losing a customer. What followed was completely unprofessional — she charged my card ₹1500 instead of the agreed ₹1300 and justified it as a penalty for my feedback. She then kept me waiting while speaking to the owner. Although the owner handled the situation more appropriately and instructed a ₹300 refund, I was only given ₹200 in the end. At that point, I chose to leave rather than waste more time as she had begun to really test my patience. The issue isn’t just the poor quality of service, but the rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behaviour of the receptionist. Completely unacceptable.

Service staff: Rohit- he did an awesome work, was very patient and showed us a lot of samples till I get the perfect one for me. I did cat eye nail art. Service provided was very good, a must to visit for nails services.

I got my nails done from here and it was a fantastic experience!! My technician was Jordan and he was able to replicate my reference exactly! Coming back here for getting any Pinterest inspo nails!
