I had a disappointing experience at this salon during my recent visit. I had previously been here and had an awesome experience, which is why I recommended the salon to my friend and brought him along this time. Unfortunately, things went quite differently and the experience turned out to be horrible for him. The barber who was supposed to attend to my friend kept chatting with his colleague and roaming around for nearly ten minutes before even starting the haircut. It felt very unprofessional and made us wait unnecessarily. During the haircut, he kept pushing additional services instead of simply focusing on the haircut my friend had asked for. After the cut was done, my friend made a simple request to align the sides properly, but instead of fixing it, the barber started giving unnecessary explanations rather than just addressing the request. However, I must mention that the barber named Arif attended to me and he is a top-notch guy. He was professional, focused on his work, and did a great job. We visit salons to get our work done smoothly. The experience should be pleasant and relaxing, not chaotic and disorganized. Since I referred this place to my friend based on my previous great experience, it was quite disappointing that it turned out this way. Overall, because of the experience my friend had, we will not be visiting this place again.
I haave visited for a hair cut, dtan, hair color and beard tan. Ashfak from the staff is very polite, friendly and provided the best service. A must visit salon to get the best experience
My worst experience at a barber shop to date: I sat down for a haircut, and for the first 10 minutes, the barber wouldn't stop pushing de-tan treatments and other promotions ranging from ₹600 to ₹1000. As for the haircut itself, it was decent. But the barber kept chatting non-stop in his own language the entire time. The sign outside advertised a ₹99 haircut, but of course, that wasn’t the actual price. There was an additional ₹50 charge for using a zero razor, bringing the total to ₹150—not a big deal. Then I asked him to trim my moustache, but instead, he completely shaved it off... Unbelievable. To top it off, he added another ₹70 charge, bringing the total to ₹220 for a haircut that was supposed to cost ₹99. The price gouging was insane. I managed to haggle it down to ₹170, but it was still a terrible experience. What an L
