I had ordered non veg punjabi thali which had 2 veg , 1 butter chicken , 4 piece tandoori , 4 piece gulabjamun , 2 garlic naan , salad 🥗. Garlic naan became too soggy as ordered online so no complaints. Overall packing was very nice. Taste was also good. Good option.

I had a terrible experience with UBQ by Barbeque Nation today. I ordered food for my wife who had been fasting since morning, and this order completely ruined her day. First, the order arrived incomplete with missing items. food that was sent was even worse — it had a foul smell, tasted extremely bad, and was clearly not fresh. On top of that, the food contained garlic and onion, which is completely unacceptable when you’re serving someone who is fasting. This shows a complete lack of attention, quality control, and basic customer sensitivity. What’s even more disappointing is the response from Zomato. There was absolutely no proper support — only automated bot replies asking for feedback on taste and missing items. No real resolution, no accountability. This entire experience was careless, frustrating, and disrespectful. Definitely not ordering again, and I would not recommend this place

Taste wise this is a good restaurant and I have ordered food from Zomato , delivered to the door step quickly and the food packing was nice. Once the potato was fried so much couldn't eat it. Other platters are good and ordered twice with discount.

"I recently ordered from Barbeque Nation through Zomato and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The food arrived hot and within the estimated time frame. The portions were generous, and the quality of the dishes was on par with their dine-in experience. I particularly enjoyed the veg biryani & starters. However, I deducted a star because the portion size could be improved also Don't go with the photos shown on zomato. The food packaging was great. Nevertheless, the food itself was delicious, and I would definitely order from them again. Rating: 4/5 stars"
