Best Sourdough Pizza Experience in HSR Layout 🍕 We visited The Pizza Bakery to celebrate my son’s birthday along with his 10 friends, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The team thoughtfully arranged an outdoor table for all 12 of us, and the ambience was simply excellent—perfect for a lively celebration. If you’re in HSR Layout and craving great sourdough pizza, pasta, garlic bread, or fries, this place is an absolute must-visit. The food truly stood out—fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, especially the pizzas and pasta. What impressed us just as much was the staff. They took the time to explain every dish, including ingredients and spice levels, and even suggested great options to try, which made ordering so much easier. Most importantly, all the kids had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed their meal!

Everything here was incredible! The service, the ambience the seating, etc. was awesome but the food was the cherry on top! The pizzas (especially the Pig-Out pizza) and the garlic bread are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS 😋 The smoothies here are not as good (pina colada is better than the chocolate smoothie) and are a tad too sweet but if you're going to Pizza Bakery, you're probably a pizza fanatic, not a smoothie fanatic.

We were 6 people who went for a late lunch. Parking was easy. We got it right in front of the restaurant. There was also valet parking, The decor of the joint is well done. And there was plenty of space. Check out my photos. We were the only ones in the main hall besides the kitchen. We ordered two starters and four pizzas as well as some juices, hot chocolate and coffee. Check out my photos to know which ones we ordered. The drinks were all good. Both the starters were good. The stuffed garlic bread cos particularly interesting and nice. The pieces however, for me where a bit of a let down. The pizza base was good. However, the topping combinations did not go well with me. I have had better combinations in other pizzerias across Bangalore. I guess this is left to ones personal taste. Service though attentive I felt could be better. For example, we were 6 people. And ended up giving us only two menus to browse. I had to ask them to give a few more. Simple things like that. And they wanted to take all the order together. Whereas we wanted to get our drinks first. We felt the music was being played too loud and made conversations difficult.

Another gem in the city if you’re on the hunt for a great pizza place. From the ambience to the food, everything leaves a positive impression. The ambience is cozy and warm, with both indoor and outdoor seating options—each equally lovely in its own way. The service deserves a mention too: the hosts are welcoming, attentive, and happy to accommodate requests with a smile. Coming to the main highlight—the food—it’s well prepared and delicious. We ordered the Diavolo Veg Pizza, onion rings, and minestrone soup. Special mention to the onion rings, easily some of the best I’ve ever had. The pizza was equally enjoyable, made with quality ingredients and great flavors. Overall, a highly recommended spot in Bangalore if you’re looking to satisfy your pizza cravings.
