Tharavadu Family Restaurant

Tharavadu Restaurant near Bommanahalli is one of my absolute favorite places for authentic Kerala food. I am a great fan of their Kerala meals, and this restaurant never disappoints. The taste, price, and quality of the food are all amazing, making it truly value for money. The meals are served traditionally on a banana leaf, and the presentation itself gives a complete Kerala vibe. One of the best parts is that paal payasam is served along with the meals, which perfectly completes the experience. My usual and most recommended combination here is the veg meals with podimeen fry. Every single bite gives an authentic Kerala feel – rich flavors, well-balanced spices, and true homestyle taste. Wow is the only word that comes to mind. The staff are very attentive, polite, and quick to respond. The owner is often present at the restaurant, personally welcoming customers and helping with orders, which adds a very warm and pleasant touch. The only minor drawbacks are that parking can be a bit difficult at times due to limited space, and you need to climb a few steps to reach the restaurant. Other than that, Tharavadu is a must-visit for anyone who loves genuine Kerala cuisine. Highly recommended!

Visited Tharavadu restaurant near Bommanahalli – a true Kerala-style place with a clean and hygienic environment. Tried their parota with chicken and egg, and the taste was really authentic and satisfying. Great spot for Kerala food lovers!!

The meals are great with lots lf options I had Kerala veg meals costed me 110 which is worth i think. Overall best experience

Absolutely disgusting experience. Found a big ant in my food and the entire order smelled bad. Ordered ghee rice and chicken 🙏 both were horrible. This is basic hygiene failure. Totally unacceptable. Guys beware
