Subway HSR

I went to the Subway outlet in HSR Layout to pick up an order. There was a staff member named Monoj (a tall man) who was preparing food on the left side. He made me wait for about 15 minutes and then told me not to disturb him and to wait. However, my order was already ready 10 minutes earlier — it just needed to be packed and handed over. I kept requesting him politely, but he behaved arrogantly and told me not to “disturb his mind.” There was also a female customer standing there, and he was speaking loudly and disrespectfully in front of her. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, especially in front of other customers. If such staff continue to behave this way, it will damage the reputation of your restaurant. I am 100% sure that this kind of attitude will negatively affect your brand image. I kindly request you to warn him and educate him on how to speak properly and respectfully with customers. Please take appropriate action; otherwise, it may harm the restaurant’s name in the future.

Came in solo just looking for a quick bite after finding this place online. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Bowl and the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and honestly both hit the spot. The toppings were fresh which you do not always get with fast casual spots and the staff were genuinely friendly, not that forced kind of friendly. Prices were fair too, did not feel like I was being squeezed. First visit but definitely not the last.

When chanakya ate the cookie after buying his mouth did not fill with chocolate so he lost the war of Modern Mahabharata, Then he became KALIYUGATHA KARNA... Please fill up some chocolate in middle of cookie...

At Subway, the whole point is the sauces and how the sandwich is made — that’s what makes it good. But at this outlet, the experience is really disappointing. First, the staff is quite rude. On top of that, they’re extremely stingy with the fillings and sauces. We’re paying a decent amount for a sandwich, so it shouldn’t feel like they’re holding back on basic things. Even when I asked for a little extra sauce, they immediately said it would cost more, which honestly felt unnecessary. It just takes away from the whole experience. The food itself isn’t the problem — it’s the people working here. Service like this is what makes customers not want to come back. This place really needs better staff who understand basic customer experience.
