Excellent Poha place in HSR. It was 40 Rs per plate, so not that costly. Gets a bit crowded though on weekend mornings.

Very rude and disrespectful behaviour. The person serving was yelling, arguing, and speaking extremely rudely, not just to me but to other customers as well. It felt like they do not care about customers at all, possibly because business is going well. I clearly told him not to add peanuts or namkeen. He snapped back saying I should have told him earlier and then continued adding masala and other toppings even while I was repeatedly telling him not to. When I said I cannot eat it and will not take it, he casually handed the same plate to someone else. After that, he completely ignored me while I stood there waiting. There was zero empathy and no basic courtesy. Hygiene was also concerning. The oil used for kachoris looked extremely dark, with black residue floating in it, which strongly suggests it was overused. Very disappointing experience. People from Rajasthan are usually known for being warm and hospitable, but this place was the opposite. I would not recommend this place. The poha also takes bad. It was very dirty out as well, lots of flies.

Sure, their food is good, Indori poha has authentic Indori touch and taste. They have other quick bite options as well, even jalebi, which goes well with poha. People running it are jolly in nature. Rating for ambience not given as it is a street side shop and not fine dining type where ambience matters.
