I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for Roti Kucha Aur Naan because I genuinely go here almost every week. Their Amritsari kulcha is the main reason I keep coming back. It’s crisp on the outside, properly stuffed inside and not dry at all. The chole with it is so flavourful and not overly oily. Same with the chur chur naan, it’s flaky, buttery and just so satisfying. It’s proper comfort food. The shahi sheermal was such a pleasant surprise. Slightly sweet, soft and rich without being too heavy. I tried the thandai too and it was really nice and refreshing, not loaded with sugar like most places. They don't use palm oil which is so rare these days. I keep going again and again, my favourite place in HSR Layout!
Loved the experience! The meal here is delicious: fresh, savory, and expertly cooked. The rotis, kulchas, and naan are soft and well-made, and the rice and gajar ka halwa was too good. Had panner butter masala but I guess quantity was less. Anyway tatse was good. Every bite reveals the high quality and care that went into it. Overall, it was good. However, serving time may be improved because they took much time to serve. And it gets crowded late at night.
Had a great experience at Roti Kulcha Aur Naan! We tried the Summer Special Menu and it was a total treat. The Amritsari Kulcha and Chur Chur Naan were incredibly crispy and paired perfectly with the rich Dal Makhani. A huge shoutout to the Malai Chaap—it was so creamy and well-marinated. For dessert, the Mango Phirni and Mango Mastani are absolute must-haves while mango season is still here. The vibes are great for a family dinner or a quick lunch. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving authentic North Indian flavors
Roti Kulcha Aur Naan in HSR Layout is a great spot for anyone who appreciates authentic North Indian breads. What stood out was their traditional tandoor setup, which we had the opportunity to see up close in the kitchen. The chur chur naan was beautifully flaky and finished with fresh white butter, while the Amritsari kulcha was well-stuffed, perfectly baked, and had a lovely crisp texture from the tandoor. The paneer tikka was flavorful, and the lassi and thandai complemented the meal well. They also offer a build-your-own rice bowl option, which adds a nice variety to the menu. We ended the meal with Sheeram, a traditional sweet from Delhi, which was a unique and pleasant way to finish. Overall, a well-executed menu, good flavors, and an enjoyable dining experience. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in HSR Layout.
