If you’re craving authentic nati-style food in Bangalore, Rashtrakutas in HSR Layout is a must-visit! The ambience and taste were very authentic nati style. The food was really good, and this is definitely a must-try spot in Bangalore if you’re looking for traditional nati-style cuisine. The prices are also very affordable. Must-try items: Chicken ghee roast, neer dosa, special chicken thali, and payasam — all were delicious. One downside — we ordered a salt soda, but instead of serving it ready, they gave sugar syrup separately and asked us to mix it ourselves. This didn’t make sense, as basic drinks should be properly prepared and served. Overall, great food and value for money, but service can improve in small areas.

Visited recently and overall had a really good experience! The ambience is warm, comfortable, and gives a nice fine-dine vibe with quick service and friendly staff. I tried their biryani and it was flavorful, but I’d suggest adding a little less black pepper since it made the dish slightly spicier than expected. The mutton masala was delicious — tender pieces and rich gravy — though I personally felt it could’ve been a bit spicier for that perfect kick. Still, both dishes were cooked well and tasted authentic. Definitely a nice spot to visit with friends or family if you’re craving some good biryani and mutton dishes in Bangalore. Would love to come back and try more from their menu!

Located on the main road of bustling HSR and quite huge space to fill family and friends in one go. Service is quick and decent. I ordered mutton Biryani it was aromatic and great in taste, chicken fry could have been better as it was hard. Price slightly on higher side.

Very bad experience. Starters were terrible — prawn fry was overloaded with masala and tasted awful. Chicken kebab had mostly bones with hardly any meat. Biryani was just average, and buttermilk was completely tasteless. Service was extremely slow, and the manager was rude and unprofessional. Not recommended at all.
