went to your restaurant to place an order. It took almost 30 minutes for just one order, and even after that it was still not ready. Whenever I asked, the staff member kept saying “it’s coming, it’s coming,” but the order was still delayed. After that, I called your Punjabi Nawabi restaurant and a madam received the call. I had already informed her about this issue. I have uploaded two photos as well. In one of the photos, the person inside the room does not seem to know the work properly. He was mostly moving around and saying he would give the order, but he did not do it. There were around 10 other customers waiting like me, and everyone’s order was getting delayed. Many people were even shouting at him, but he did not seem concerned at all. Please keep staff who are serious about their work and can handle orders properly. Thank you.

I have been ordering online from this place for a long time and I thought to dine in here one night. The place has fine ambience and the food here is really amazing. But the service is very very slow. I had ordered Amritsari Kulcha and Lassi out of which Lassi came in like 5 minutes and then later the Kulchas came. The lassi was not very good and being a Punjabi place I expect a good lassi. About the Kulcha, it was good but chole were undercooked and once I finished kulchas, I ordered another Kulcha but they took 10 minuted to get it to me given that it was a running order. I would suggest you to order online and not dine in.

Absolutely rubbish food. No taste just chilli. They have put Green chilli, red chilly, black pepper and all sort of chilli in paneer gravy and chur chur naan that no one can eat it. Ultimate wastage of money. Ordered for the first time and Never ordering again.

We ordered kaju paneer sabzi from here, and we found a small glass peice in the gravy. It is very dangerous, the kitchen lacks hygiene,it could have been a choking hazard. Won't order here again
