Popeyes - Famous Louisiana Chicken

Had a great experience at Popeyes. ❤️❤️ The chicken was super crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Loved the spicy seasoning and fresh sides. The staff were friendly, service was quick, and the place was clean and well maintained. Perfect spot for a quick bite with friends or family. Definitely one of the best fast-food chicken spots in HSR Layout. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed the fried chicken — it was crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The taste and quality were genuinely good. However, the burger was a bit too spicy for my preference, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the overall flavor. If the spice level could be slightly reduced or balanced better, it would make the burger much more enjoyable. Overall, the food quality was good and I liked staff they came and gave there feedback in our mobile then what's the use of asking feedback dissappinted with that, wasted burgers

First of all the Ac was not working here so it was a little uncomfortable to stay there in this current weather. The food was fine, what we tried was the Wednesday offer of 24 pcs of boneless chicken in different sauses. We expected all the sauses to be great but turns out the korean and hot and sweet sause was not up to the hype. The harbonaro sause was ok but it was too thick for my liking. The smoked chicken was really nice. Also the white sause(I think it's ranch) was the best one among the sauses. The chichen itself was very juicy and tender. Overall it was a great experience for me.

Dear Popeyes Team, I recently placed a takeout order from your HSR location that included a 15-piece bucket of chicken, a 12-piece bucket of boneless wings, and a Bold Chicken Sandwich. Unfortunately, the packaging and overall delivery experience were extremely disappointing. All of the wing flavors were packed together in a single box, which completely mixed the flavors and affected the quality of the food. To make matters worse, the box was delivered upside down, causing the contents to shift and spill internally. This reflects very poor packaging standards and felt highly unprofessional. I was also surprised that no carry bag was provided for such a large order. Instead, the entire meal was packed into a large cartoon box that was inconvenient to carry and unsuitable for takeaway handling. For an order of this size, I expected much better care in packaging and presentation. This experience was genuinely upsetting and far below the standards I would expect from your brand. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your packaging and order handling process to prevent similar situations for other customers.
