We ordered two of their newly launched pizza and both were very good. They were well cooked and had good quantility of cheeze Their Pizza toppings were fresh and of good quantity. We also had their plane garlic bread, which was not dry at all. Overall it was a good dining after a hectic day.

I tried this Pizza Hut outlet in HSR for the first time, and it did not disappoint. The outlet is clean, well-maintained, and has a nice vibe. I ordered a pizza along with garlic breadsticks and a coke. The garlic breadsticks were especially delicious, and the pizza itself was good and satisfying. The service was quick and efficient, adding to the positive experience. Definitely a place I would visit again!

Hello Team Pizza Hut, I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent dine in experience at your outlet, which was quite disappointing. I visited the restaurant for dine-in and placed an order under a dine in offer. I consumed part of the meal at the restaurant, but as I could not finish it, I requested to pack the remaining food. At that point, I was informed that since I was packing the food, the dine in offer would no longer be applicable. This condition was not communicated to me before placing the order, and since I had already dined in and paid, it felt unfair. I understand that ideally I should have come earlier, but there can be unforeseen issues or personal circumstances that anyone may face in their day to day life. This should not result in being treated disrespectfully. Additionally, the dine in experience was uncomfortable as the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The seating area was quite warm, which added to the discomfort. What concerned me the most was the behavior of one of the staff members (a lady staff member who was handling the counter at that time). I mentioned politely that I had work at 2 PM and was in a bit of a hurry. Instead of responding professionally, she made fun of my comment and laughed about it with other staff members. This made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable as a customer. I believe customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, and such behavior is not expected from a well known brand like Pizza Hut. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to improve staff conduct, communication of offer terms, and overall customer experience.
