The Vibe: To start with the positives, the restaurant has a lovely vibe and atmosphere. It has a ton of potential. Unfortunately, that is the single best thing about this place, because once you actually sit down to dine, the cracks start to show. This is a classic case of a beautiful space that is completely mismanaged. The Food (A Massive Disaster): They have a large menu with plenty of options, but everything we ordered was overpriced, bland, and just flat-out bad. This was easily one of the worst dining experiences my wife and I have had in ages. I have zero grudge against this place—I am simply someone who loves good food, and for me, the flavor should always come first. The Pizza (The Biggest Culprit): Charging ₹500+ for a simple pizza that uses a cheap, pre-baked bakery base topped with generic tomato sauce is unacceptable. It tasted lazy and rushed. The Burgers: Completely devoid of flavor. Just a basic patty slapped together with some veggies. No seasoning, no signature touch. The Coffee: Flat and uninspiring. It completely lacked any special notes or a pleasant aftertaste. As someone who knows how to brew a fresh cup of coffee, even I can do better than these guys. It aches my heart to write such strong words for a cafe. The Service: Extremely slow and frustrating. The waiters are completely inattentive, making the overall experience feel like a chore rather than a relaxed meal. Value & Verdict: Maybe this place used to be good, but visiting in April 2026, this is my raw, genuine experience. Food should delight you—especially when you are paying a premium for it. It shouldn't leave you with a headache and a sense of regret in hindsight. Save your hard-earned money and go somewhere else. A big, resounding NO from us.

This is one of those places where the management seems obsessed with creating photo opportunities but has completely forgotten that people come to eat. We placed an order for a vegetarian breakfast and a waffle for our child at 10:15 AM. By 11:20 AM, nothing had been served. What's even more disappointing is the complete lack of consideration for families with children. If there is a delay, a child's order should be prioritized, but that clearly wasn't a concern here. After waiting endlessly, I literally had to stand outside the kitchen for nearly 7 minutes just to get someone's attention and push for the order. Only then was the breakfast brought out, but by that point the experience had already been ruined. The food itself was underwhelming and nowhere near worth the wait. We ended up leaving without properly eating, after wasting almost 1.5 hours of our precious Saturday morning. If you're looking for a place to take pictures, you'll probably enjoy it. If you're looking for decent service, respect for customers' time, or even basic consideration for kids, I'd strongly suggest avoiding it. The photo spots are excellent; the dining experience is a complete circus.

Visited them last night for dinner. Inspite of riot reservation and booking of table has to wait for more than 10 minutes to get a table . We tried multiple items from the menu . Chicken Pepperoni pizza was fine. Thai red curry was fine too. Kids enjoyed the fried rice with chilli garlic prawns and the chicken loaded fires along with Pasta. Also tried the grilled chicken with Pomodoro sauce and rice. For drinks we tried cold cofee, watermelon juice and lemon iced tea which were fine. Service was slow it took them over 35 minutes to start getting our first order and the last dish came after an hour when we were mostly done with everything else. So while visiting please be mentally prepared for the slow service and wait time even if you have reservation for table. Also we went at 7 PM in the evening to avoid the rush. Overall experience was fine.

May be once upon a time it may have been better. The food and service all dropped to NIL. Not sure why so high rated restaurants have such poor outcome. It took one plus hours to get the order delivered. When the restaurant was half empty. Litchi flavour drink ordered came as strawberry. Salad said honey mustard dressing, but without any sauce or dressing. Surprise was main course it was smaller than starter, fish fillet was cut into half and same was for the chicken breast. The mashed potatoes was biggest in the plate that too it was cold. Made from powdered potatoes. Sauted vegs are dry and rough. Staffs are new, have no idea of the dishes. Tough, I generally do not give low ratings, but I have to honest with my experience.
