Tried the Masala Dosa here for breakfast — priced at ₹152 — and honestly, it was pretty decent! The dosa was crisp, flavorful, and what stood out was that they served extra ghee separately along with chutney and sambar, which definitely elevated the experience. I’d rate the dosa a solid 3.5/5. The Filter Coffee, however, was disappointing. It felt like there was very little milk added, which made the taste feel unbalanced and not enjoyable. For ₹57, it definitely didn’t feel worth the price — 2/5 for the coffee. Overall, the food experience was average, but the calm, clean, and peaceful atmosphere was a big positive.

We went to the HSR layout one..and the restaurant was air conditioned and very clean. The food was very tasty, specially the rava idli. The service is a little slow, we had to wait almost 20 mins for coffee only. But overall it was a good experience.

MTR in HSR Layout serves authentic MTR-style South Indian cuisine, staying true to the classic flavours and traditional recipes the brand is known for. The food quality is consistently good and feels comforting and familiar. The service can be slow at times, especially during peak hours, but the wait is worth it once the food arrives. Everything is freshly prepared and served hot. Must-try dishes here are the poori with sagu and their dosa, both of which really stand out and capture the essence of MTR. Overall, a great place for authentic South Indian food—just go with a little patience and a big appetite. 😄

The atmosphere was quite nice and had a pleasant vibe. 🎶 However, the food was a letdown; it just didn't hit the mark. 😐 Service was also problematic, with staff being inattentive. 👎 It's a mixed bag of experiences. 🤷‍♀️ Next time, I hope for improvements. 🙏
