Store is bit spacious compared to other McDonald's, they have outside seating as well. Parking is bit of a worry for 4 wheelers. Food was good and the store was kept well

Honestly one of my go-to stops near Birla Junction on Haralur Road — visited again yesterday afternoon and as always, McDonald's didn't disappoint! ☀️🍦 The scorching heat had me craving their McSwirl ice cream and it hit just right — creamy, cold and absolutely worth every visit. It's one of those simple pleasures I genuinely look forward to every single time I walk in here. The place was decent as usual — quick service, clean enough, and that familiar McDonald's comfort you kind of just need on a hot day 😌👌 Been coming here multiple times over the past and it's never really let me down. If you're around Haralur Road and the heat's getting to you, you know where to go!

Went on a weekday noon. The tables were not clean. The self order kiosk has no paper rolls in them. The server had a sullen face. The burgers have almost no dressings. The firs are cold and soggy The atmosphere is missing the fun energy vibe it once had. Pls buck up guys. My kids loved this place and it’s surely becoming disappointing

They have mentioned closing time as 23:00 but at store they are saying closed at 22:00 hrs. I drove a few kilometres and reached here at 10:30 but they wasted time by not having correct closing time
