Mathsya Darshini HSR

This is now part of HSR Military Hotel. Tried their prawns rava fry as takeout. They're crunchy and good. The prawns are mid sized. 12 pieces served with a size of lemon and onion. Nicely coated and fried. Prawns were fresh too. Loved it.

So like everyone we went to this place by seeing reviews and the Hype the influencers gave. 1. The place is not as seen in the photos, there is some military hotel name where they have collaborated. 2. We order fish meals for everyone and one person ordered prawns meals. The beautiful is that, there's no pallya or pickle given for the meals. Just a Mudha, fish curry with a fish piece, a cup of rice, butter milk and rasam. That all, also the food is okay only, I won't even say it has good to. 3. Restaurant has lots of flies inside, hygiene on the kitchen is the worst part. Instead of going there I would recommend someother spot in HSR.

Though delicious, the prawns were slightly over salty. 🍛 Next, the Fish Thali stole the show! It was a hearty spread of fish curry, crispy fish fry, ragi mudde, rice, rasam, salad, and buttermilk. wholesome, flavorful, and truly satisfying. 🐟 We couldn’t resist ordering the Silver Rawa Fish Fry, and wow! it was crispy, fresh, and divine! That rava coating was everything. The seafood here is super fresh, the flavors are authentic, and the prices? Unbeatable! 💸 Despite eating all this, our bill was just ₹790. 🙌 ✨ Ambiance: very basic, below average, but the food makes up for it.
✨ Service: Quick and attentive, nothing to complain about. If you’re in Bangalore and craving seafood, Matsya Darshini is a must visit for great food at pocket friendly prices.
