Madeena Hotel - Mangammanapalya

A very good restaurant with huge sitting area and comfortable sofas for sitting neat an clean tables and busy ambiance with some tasty food. A must visit and try all their dishes.

I previously ordered parota from Madeena Hotel and received curry with it. Recently, after recovering from a fever, I ordered parota again expecting the same spicy curry. However, when I reached home and opened the parcel, I found a watery dal that had almost no consistency or taste. This was very disappointing and not what I expected based on my previous experience. The quality and consistency of the food need improvement. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide not to visit again.

I went for dinner at 8pm and the biryani I ordered was served cold. When I asked about it, they said that it was prepared at 3.30pm. For the usual dinner time they should’ve served it as hot. I’ll change my rating if I get a chance to experience it again.

Two chicken biryanis: ₹110 + ₹110 One half chicken kebab: ₹120 Total: ₹340. However, the hotel employee used his mobile scanner and charged me ₹420. I have complete proof of this transaction. I called the mobile number provided on Google, but no one answered. It had started raining, so I left the hotel in a hurry; otherwise, I would have raised the issue there. In short, I was not satisfied with my experience at this hotel. The incident occurred on 17 May 2026 at 8:54 PM. It was my daughter's birthday, so I did not engage in any argument or dispute.
