Customers report inconsistent food quality and hygiene issues.
Extremely disappointing experience at Leon's HSR. While eating our chicken order, we found pieces that appeared spoiled, with an unusual color, texture, and condition that raised serious concerns about freshness and food safety. We immediately stopped eating and brought the issue to the staff's attention. Although a replacement was provided, the staff did not seem very proactive or concerned about addressing the issue. We expected a more serious response given the nature of the complaint. After seeing the condition of the chicken, we lost confidence in the food quality and decided to switch to a vegetarian item instead. Food safety should be a top priority, and customers should not have to worry about the freshness of the food being served. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both quality control and customer service.
I had a disappointing dine-in experience at Leon Grill in HSR Layout. While the food tasted good, the overall restaurant experience fell well below expectations. The restaurant appeared unhygienic during my visit. Several tables remained uncleared and unclean for extended periods, there was an overflowing garbage bag, tissue papers scattered on the floor, and the washroom was not well maintained, with no soap available in the dispenser. The dining area was also filled with smoke, which seemed to be caused by issues with the kitchen exhaust or chimney system, making the environment uncomfortable. After the rain, the floor was wet and slippery, and there did not appear to be adequate efforts to address the safety risk for customers. Service was extremely slow throughout the visit. Ordering, billing, and receiving food all took much longer than expected and required multiple follow-ups with staff. In addition, the staff appeared indifferent at times and were unable to clearly explain menu items when asked. I also noticed that while employees were wearing head caps, some food-handling staff were not wearing gloves, which further raised concerns about hygiene standards. The food itself was enjoyable, and that may be one reason many customers prefer ordering delivery rather than dining in. However, the cleanliness, ambience, maintenance, and service issues significantly affected the overall experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the dine-in experience for future customers.
This is worst place to order from i ordered panner popcorn from swiggy and they delivered item from some plate who didnt eat i can see sauce and rice on the popcorn, what kind of delivery is this
I went to the Indiranagar branch. I loved it. But the HSR branch food is bad. Quite bad. The burger was okay. But the wrap we took, had nothing inside except for cabbage. Was just chewing the cabbages all along and sometimes it tasted bitter. Very bad experience honestly. Didn't expect this from Leon's.
