The Kottayam Restaurant truly exceeded my expectations! The authentic Kerala-style food was absolutely delicious – every dish was bursting with rich flavors and felt like a comforting homemade meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more delightful. The atmosphere is another highlight – the décor and vibe make you feel like you’ve actually stepped into Kerala. It’s warm, cozy, and full of charm. If you’re craving real Kerala cuisine with great service and a beautiful ambiance, The Kottayam Restaurant is a must-visit! Highly recommended!

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly rude. I ordered a dish, and it was served completely cold. Then, when I ordered prawns, they gave me just six or seven pieces but charged about 450 rupees. I also ordered kombucha, which was 176 rupees, but with tax, it became 226. When I asked about the charges, the lady just kept dismissing me, saying it was company policy. She showed no willingness to help. The entire bill was far too high. Please avoid this place it's a total scam

Good Kerala food. Classy setting and ambience. Washroom is clean and spacious. Overall a good place to have food with family.

Veg Kerala meal was the star: unlimited fluffy rice, homely sambar, pachadi, payasam and more. We also ordered chilli mushroom that brought the crunch with perfect spice kick, and malabar parotta was buttery-soft. Shoutout to restaurant staff for the warm hospitality. Vishal and Kali attended us, explained dishes, suggested pairings, and kept the unlimited refills flowing seamlessly. Ambience screams Kottayam - Alleppey houseboat feel with wooden beams and epic elephant decor dripping in gold threads, service on point, flavors legit comforting—total win for a Kerala fix in Bengaluru. 5 stars, coming back!
