Kota Kachori - HSR Layout

I visited here on April 12th 2026 - as i had a severe binge and craving to eat "Aloo Tikki" herein.🤌 The place is little hyped and i feel hygiene is missing here. I saw the food items mainly opened and kept here without a proper lid. 😒😒 Food was OK - but not tasty. I feel the taste should be more enhanced.😐 Good Spot outside - as an ambience, if you are coming with your family or friends here. Would recommend this place as OK. But don't expect tasty food here, Taste is just OK.

The atmosphere is actually really nice — calm, clean, and a good place to sit and relax for a while. The place has a pleasant vibe that makes it comfortable whether you're coming with friends or just stopping by to eat. The food is okay. Not amazing, but decent enough to enjoy without complaints. Nothing really stands out as extraordinary, but it does the job if you're looking for a simple meal. Overall, it’s a fine spot mainly because of the good atmosphere. If you’re nearby in HSR Layout and want a place with a nice vibe to sit and eat, it’s worth trying.

Tried a combination of items here and rating each of them individually. This is a good place for kachoris, though the other items could be improved. Overall, the flavors are good and will especially appeal to people in Bangalore who miss North Indian taste. Dal Batti felt very bland. The dal was watery and the churma was extremely sweet. Alongside, they served Schezwan chutney, which didn’t really go with the dish. Overall, the taste was quite disappointing, would not recommend ordering this.
