Customers appreciate the ambiance and some food items, but service issues are frequent.
Awesome look and feel with interiors and when you enter into the restaurant, got smiling welcome from the attenders. Seatings are comfortable. Menu items price is affordable and not too high. Taste is good and yummy. Dessert varieties can be expanded with more options. Satisfied dinner with family.
Seven of us visited Imperio for lunch at 1 PM on a Saturday, and the restaurant was surprisingly almost empty. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill right from the start. We were told that over 80% of the menu items were unavailable, with the staff attributing it to the ongoing LPG crisis, which was quite disappointing. The service was extremely poor and disorganized. Some starters arrived after the main course had already been served. The vegetarian starters took so long that a few people at our table had to awkwardly watch others eat while waiting for their food. To make matters worse, we ordered one plate of mushrooms but were served two and charged for both. The most disappointing dish was the grilled seer fish, which was clearly stale and had a strong unpleasant smell when served. We took a couple of bites and immediately sent it back, informing them we did not want it. Despite this, they still charged us for it, and the manager even argued about the issue. When asked to taste the fish himself, he refused. The only saving grace of the meal was the chicken biryani, ghee rice, and the Royal Lassi, which were quite good. Everything else ranged from average to poor. This was my first visit and definitely the last. If you skip this place, you really won’t be missing anything—there are far better restaurants in the city. 😐
The food was good, but the service was very disappointing. We initially ordered shawarma and were told it was unavailable, yet we could clearly see it being prepared in the kitchen. We then ordered alfaham and butter naan, but the butter naan arrived much later—almost after we had finished eating the alfaham. Even a simple request for a cold water bottle took another 15 minutes. Overall, the food was decent, but the poor service really affected the experience at Imperio Restaurant.
I work for a Night shift and frequently I visit this place,Earlier the cashier was kind and good. But now it had bcme worst I ordered spicy shawarma for Rs.114/- but I asked the counter person to bake the Kuboos for which he stared and I informed the cashier about it for which he said” if we add Mayonnaise to chicken the bread will get freezed instantly” I did not argue it’s waste talking to such people.I requested #ImperioTeam to take care of such unprofessional staffs and kindly rectify it .
