Fresh Menu HSR

I ordered veg bowl from swiggy, they sent me non veg bowl. When I asked for replacement, they again sent me non veg bowl. And did not give refund also. My money wasted on this, i told them I can not eat non veg, still they did not send.. very bad customer service from swiggy and freshmenu

Pathetic service I ordered something and something else was delivered and that too after one hour . Paneer bhuna masala thali was ordered and I get some tomato water with 2 cubes of paneer on it to top it one strand of hair on some flavour less rice.. Best part is when I call the restaurant that person day he left a job one month back.. total failure and disgusting never going to order ever again.

Ordered Garlic Noodles n Schezewan fried rice from this place. It was on offer all item @₹145. Taste was average, but items were fresh. Quantity n packaging was also good.

I order a shourma Rice bowl from Fresh menu and there was literally a pinch of shourma with little bit of salad as a top thin layer. The entire bowl was filled with only white plain rice. How was I supposed to eat it. I tried calling the restuarant, the number provided was not valid. I had the worst experience with them.
