The order console doesn't work here. Neither the staff helps in placing order from their desk. Forced us to place order via app. Finally, when we finished the food, we were asked to give feedback in our app. She saw us placing a 3 star, and she forcefully made it 5 star without my consent. I don't think I will ever go back here.

The outlet seems missing the charm that any other Domino's usually has. The walls are nicely done but floor looks like it is pending to be completed. The staffs were there in the middle of the day, but they were not coming to the counter to take people's orders. One staff member asked us not to take pictures of their outlet, we said it is for writing reviews, she still prohibited. Pizza quality and taste was below average, not tasty at all. Their delivery vehicles had blocked the way to their entrance giving an impression that the store was closed. They need improvement in their management and overall customer experience.

The feel the service is not good, Recently I went with my team there and we had order the combo of 4 items and my team had clearly mentioned we required addon but the employer was very smart and he add another varient where post billing happened my team mate identified and after more then 15mins arguments they had refunded the amount so be very careful when your ordering and verify the prices too what you find in menu and what they had added in bill. If we had not verify then we had paid around 300rs extra. Apart from that experience everything was fine but I faced parking issue Follow me for more reviews and update
