1. First of all, Very Slow Order and Billing at the Counter. Lot of time waste. First Impression is the last Impression. 2. ETA of 25 mins for a very minimal order of Pizzas and Garlic Bread. 3. Poor Quality Garlic Bread initially. Uncooked. Got a good one after telling them. 4. Also when we asked them that can we get the choco lava cake early as it was for my 3 year old kid. She was hungry. ANSWER WAS NO. YOU WILL GET THE CHOCO LAVA CAKE AFTER 25 MINS ONLY and yeah thats what happened as well :(. I have to say, one of the poorest experiences in Dominoz of all time.

Very very worst experiance in this store if we order somthing they will serve different thing.. While taking order staff is not behaving properly. Even they dont know how to give customer srevice also.. By visiting this store our time is fully waste. And disapointment plzzz take action on those staff who all are there because of them not intrested to visite this store. They are not able to give service for customer what they want they will service acording to theremind set if we order 5 pizaaa they will sercve 6 pizaaa and while exiting the store they tell your bill is pending make a payment and go. I hae not order 6 pizaaa but because of staff mistake i have to pay for 6 pizaaaa....... If ur not able to give proper service plzzz close ur store.. Its not requird like this service for customer.. Because pf this store our day is spoiled.. Very very worst service, 🤬🤬🤬

Food was okay, though they refused to use my points, stating it can be used only for online orders. However, when the handed over the bill to me, the outstanding points were mentioned, but not used. Dishonest behaviour by staff. Not just this, they were loudly chatting and taking among themselves, instead of listening to me. I had to call out a couple of times asking for seasoning and a couple of tissues.

The worst outlet ever!! It’s so dirty and unhealthy. Zero hygiene is maintained and when asked the lady/women working the bill said that cleaning person has gone for lunch. Mind you we have walked into the restaurant and waited for our order to come and before we came the state of the restaurant was like this! I don’t know who in the right possible mind can even say this is clean restaurant. No wonder we fall sick and we let our kids blindly eat from such outlets by ordering at home!!
